We want you to be absolutely over the moon when you receive and install your tiles, so please check our Disclaimer for important information which will help you make the right decisions. If the colour shade is critical to your plans, it is well worth while investing in ordering colour samples beforehand. Tiles cannot be returned on the basis of colour mis-match if samples have not been requested.
On the very rare occasion that there should be any breakages, please send us photographs and we will replace them as soon as possible!
